  I cannot say much. I was not there when the granny house was tented. Afterwards. the key was placed where it was supposed to be. I have not seen any termites, but then I have not looked.

  Central Coast Termite came out to take care of rats in my orange tree and they do the follow-up to keep them away! On the last visit they called and offered to spray for insects during the follow-ups for the rodents. I told him that I wanted to sit in the sun but my patio furniture had cobwebs on it and I had brown widow spiders on it last year. He took the time to spray the patio furniture for me and I was able to sit in the sun this weekend! AMAZING SERVICE!
